Ingredients: Filtered water, GF flour (tapioca starch, organic brown rice flour, potato starch, organic amaranth flour), organic unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, organic palm oil shortening, sea salt, sweet beet fiber, apple cider vinegar, ascorbic acid.

gluten-free stuffing recipe
1-2 bags of Mariposa dried bread cubes
1/2-1 stick Earth Balance buttery stick or unsalted butter
1 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2-1 cup vegetable stock (or poultry stock)
optional - 1 or 2 eggs, well beaten
set bread cubes in a heat-safe bowl and set aside. in a skillet, heat butter until melted. add diced onion and celery and saute until onion is soft, almost clear. remove from heat. add fresh parsley, dried sage, dried thyme, sea salt and pepper. toss herb/butter mixture over dried bread cubes and stir until well combined. then gradually add stock and well-beaten eggs until bread cubes are as moist or as dry as you prefer. turn into a shallow buttered baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven until the top has formed a crust and the stuffing is heated through, 25-40 minutes. remove and enjoy!
