We reworked our Butter Croissant last year to make it flakier and even better than before.  We suggest warming this classic French pastry in a toaster oven to lightly crisp.

Ingredients

GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), org milk, unsalted butter, eggs, org unrefined cane sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, sea salt, beet fiber and ascorbic acid.

Allergens

Contains dairy and eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Warm in toaster oven to soften.

Finally . .

I had just returned from London where I had eaten my first (gluten-free) croissant in years, and I was so sad to be leaving them behind, when I discovered these. Hard to believe they are even better here. I don’t think a Parisian would notice the difference between these and their favorite gluten based croissant! Next, making them vegan?
